An Outdoor Educational Centre owned and maintained by Thurrock District Council.

We are very grateful for the Authorities permission to use it as our training venue which we believe it is one of the best in the UK.

The Muddy Paws group counts itself fortunate that we have the use of the Grangewaters site as our training venue. The site, covering 70 acres with a 25 acre lake, is enclosed and secured and offers a clean and well equipped location for our members and visitors to enjoy.

The site boasts a modern facilities building with seperate male and female changing rooms, toilets and hot showers. There is ample free car parking in the car park. We usually use a large field adjacent to the the lake where we don't disturb other visitors and our dogs can be exercised when necessary. Welcome sign

Because it is an Outdoor Educational Centre, built around an old gravel pit, the water quality is excellent and regularly tested. The primary access point to the water is gently shelving and the grassy bank is a great place to sit and watch while others are working.
